INSTRUCTION OF ASSEMBLY STEPS

1. set up the direction of the base (part 2), and connect it to the desktop with plug bolts (part1) .

2. connect the 5/4 draining tee connection (part 3) to the base (part 2) and tight it.

3. connect the eye wash assembly (part 5) to the 5/4 water inlet tee connector (part 3) and tight it.

4. put the eye wash bowl (part 6) on the eye wash assembly (part 5), and connect with joint (part 7).

5. put the horn shape elbow (part 8) to the joint (part 7).

6. connect the manual switch (part 4) to the eye wash assembly (part 5) and tight it.

7. connect the water piping to the 5/4 tee connector, which is 135mm above floor.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

304 stainless steel outside, sprayed with bright yellow ABS coating, thickness of 300 microns, fine polishing of the inner wall of the pipeline, increase the corrosion resistance of the eyewash in high corrosive environment, play a role of strengthening corrosion resistance.

How to use it: Push the handle, and the aerosol water will spray out within 1 second. The height and Angle of the water will be designed according to the proportion of the human face. The flow rate of eyewash can be adjusted from 12-18L/min. The working pressure is 0.2-0.4MPa. Eye wash/face ≧11.4, water flow can be adjusted to 11.4-18L/min. The nozzle of the eyewash device is equipped with a filter device to ensure that the eyewash water is pure. With a straight edge basin, the volume is large, and the eyewash water will not spill out from the eyewash basin. The eyewash device is also equipped with ABS automatic integrated dust-proof cover, which is corrosion resistant and never lost.
